Common questions

Does the kit include rice, nori or fish?

No. The kit is the tools and the course. You add sushi rice, nori sheets and the fillings you like, from salmon and tuna to cucumber and avocado.

How do I get the video course?

Scan the card inside the box. The 15 lessons run from cooking the rice to ten different sushi styles.

Is it good for complete beginners?

Yes. The bazooka removes the hardest part, rolling evenly, and the course shows each step on video.

Is the rolling mat dishwasher safe?

One of the two mats is dishwasher safe on the top rack. The natural bamboo mat should be rinsed by hand and dried.
