We do not ship from this website
albino-monkey.com is an information site. We publish recipes, cooking guides and product information, and we link you to the Amazon listings where our products are sold.
All Albino Monkey products are bought on Amazon, and Amazon ships them. When you click "Buy it on Amazon" you complete your purchase on Amazon, and Amazon's own shipping terms apply to that order.
Delivery times and costs
Amazon shows your delivery estimate and any shipping cost before you pay, and again in your order confirmation. Those figures come from Amazon and depend on your address and your Prime status. We do not set them and we cannot change them.
Tracking your parcel
Track your order from Your Orders in your Amazon account. Tracking updates come from Amazon and the carrier.
If something goes wrong
For a late, lost or damaged parcel, contact Amazon first. They hold the order, the carrier relationship and the money, so they can resolve it fastest.
If you have gone through Amazon and are still stuck, email us at contact@albino-monkey.com with your Amazon order number and we will help.
Orders placed directly on this site
A checkout exists on this site, but it is not our normal route and we hold no stock at this address. If you do place an order directly with us, we will email you within 2 business days to confirm it, or to cancel it and refund you in full. You are never charged for an order we cancel.
