Overview
albino-monkey.com is operated by Albino monkey Fundraising, a registered non-profit organization in Denmark, CVR no. DK 45109909. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Albino monkey Fundraising.
This site publishes free recipes, cooking guides and product information. By using it you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version here. The date above tells you when they last changed.
1. We do not normally sell products on this site
Albino Monkey products are sold on Amazon. When you follow a "Buy it on Amazon" link, you leave this site and complete your purchase on Amazon.
That purchase is a contract between you and the seller on Amazon. Amazon's terms, pricing, delivery, returns and refunds apply to it, not these Terms. We do not take your payment, hold your order or ship your parcel. See our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.
A checkout exists on this site, but it is not our normal route and we hold no stock here. If you place an order directly with us, we will email you within 2 business days to confirm it, or to cancel it and refund you in full. You are never charged for an order we cancel. Where a direct order is confirmed, these Terms apply to it and your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
2. Our Amazon links
Links marked "Buy it on Amazon" point to Albino Monkey's own products. They carry an Amazon Attribution measurement tag, which tells us which of our pages led to a sale. It does not change the price you pay. They are not affiliate links and we earn no commission on other companies' products. See our Disclosures page.
3. Who may use this site
You confirm you are at least the age of majority where you live, or have a parent or guardian's consent. You must not transmit viruses or destructive code, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
4. Accuracy of information
Material here is general information. Some of it is historical and kept for reference. We may change the contents of this site at any time but are not obliged to update it. Prices and availability shown for Amazon products are indicative only. The live figure on Amazon is the one that applies.
5. Recipes and food safety
Recipes and cooking guides are provided for general information. Results depend on your ingredients, equipment and technique. Nothing here is nutritional, dietary or medical advice. If you have a food allergy or a medical condition, check the ingredients yourself and speak to a qualified professional. You are responsible for safe food handling in your own kitchen.
6. Your submissions
If you send us comments, reviews, ideas or other material, you agree we may edit, copy, publish and otherwise use them in any medium without restriction and without paying you. We are not obliged to keep them confidential or to respond. You are responsible for what you send, it must not infringe anyone's rights, and it must not be unlawful, abusive, defamatory or obscene.

All content on this site, including text, recipes, photographs, graphics and logos, is owned by us or our licensors. Albino monkey® and the Albino Monkey logo are our trademarks. You may print or download material for personal, non-commercial use. Republishing or commercial use requires our written permission.
8. Third-party links and tools
We link to third-party sites, including Amazon, and may offer third-party tools. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Review their terms before dealing with them.
9. Personal information
Your personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy, and your choices are on the Your Privacy Choices page.
10. Prohibited uses
You may not use this site to break the law, infringe intellectual property, harass or discriminate, submit false information, upload malicious code, collect other people's personal information, spam, phish, scrape, or interfere with the site's security.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that the information on it will be accurate. Except where expressly stated, the site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law, and nothing here affects the rights you have against the seller of a product you bought on Amazon.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Albino monkey Fundraising and its officers, employees, agents and contractors are not liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These Terms apply until terminated by either you or us, and you may terminate by ceasing to use the site. These Terms, with the policies posted here, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding this site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, where we are established. Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of the state or country in which you live, or of your rights against the seller of a product bought on Amazon.
